The report outlines and visualizes a proposed subdivision layout for a defined site in the North Grandview Heights area of Surrey, BC. It considers relevant standards, guidelines, and physical constraints to create a suitable design using AutoCAD. The included drawing (Appendix B) visualizes the proposal.
