This is one of several topic reports for a comprehensive land use plan. The group project spans the entire semester for Langara’s Studio course (Summer 2026). We were tasked with analyzing the current conditions of a site, and then proposing potential redevelopment plans. Our site is Douglas Park in Vancouver.
